Lightning connector broken inside iPad Pro

Just a tip in case you are ever faced with a similar situation. Lightning charger snapped in half to the point it was stuck inside the charging port. Couldn’t jimmy it out. Took it to the fixit place and they wanted to charge $230 to remove the screen and replace the entire charging apparatus.
Looked to YouTube and found a video of a guy taking his smallest drill bit, drilling into the stuck portion of the charger and popping it out. WORKED LIKE A CHARM. Saved $230. That is all, hope this helps someone down the road.
