LG Oled c1 sound sync issue

I have an LG Oled C1 and a Samsung surround sound plugged into it. When I use the surround sound the words and mouths are not synced up. If I just use the tv speakers everything is fine.
If I use the match screen and sound setting I can get it to match up. If I turn tv off and back on they seem to be off again. Any ideas? Thanks

I would try putting the TV's audio setting to pass through or LPCM, if it isn't already. The delay could be due to both your LG and Samsung having to process the audio file.
