I can only hear people talking on the other end if I’m in a quiet room. Did I accidentally activate some sort of quiet setting? Yes…the volume is all the way up. Anyone deal with this before? It’s an iPhone 11

Same on speaker?
iPhone 11 had this problem on one of their updates for many people but fixed it in later updates.
If you are due a software update .. try that.

Earpiece needs cleaning. The grill gets dirty.

I have an 11 and I have the same issue after one of the updates a few months back
