Home Security Camera Question

I recently purchased a new house. The former owners had a video home security camera system installed. He told me he does not know the admin password, that a friend had set it up for him years ago and didn't write it down. It is a Zosi system.
My question is, is there a way to factory reset the whole system, or is my easiest bet to just get a new "box" and plug all the camera into it? The cameras are hard wired.

If you cant find the factory reset info here then you have half the battle won if you decide to replace it since you it's already wired! You would have to purchase a system that uses the same type wires & connections. You could replace the "brains"and keep or replace the cameras.

I'm gonna go try to follow those steps tonight. I've contacted their customer service and it sucked. We'll see how it goes.
