High Speed Wireless Internet and Net Neutrality

With certain locations only having 1 or 2 ISP's due to local government brother in law deals causing inflated prices, is it possible to put an antenna on your roof and simply use LTE internet (Sprint, Verizon, etc). Could that be a work around for the wired ISP monopoly?
