Freezer blowing cold air, but not freezing.

My LG freezer is getting enough cold air in to act like a cooler, but is not cold enough to keep things frozen.
I checked the seal. Looks as solid as the day we bought it. Tried the condenser coils, they are a little dusty, but nothing major.
Ice machine is not working. I’m thinking a line is frozen somewhere. My next step is to move everything out. Shut it down and let it all thaw out. Then try it again.
Any other help or suggestions?
Thanks baws

I dont know if the LG freezers use the same compressors as their refrigerators or not. If they do, it could be failing. My LG refrigerator has gone thru 2 compressors in 5-6 years. This last failure totaled the whole unit as it caused a leak in the yoder tube (which is unrepairable). Still waiting on LG to finalize their warranty settlement with us.
Look up LG linear compressor class action lawsuit.
Again, the freezers may use a traditional compressor instead. Hopefully you dont have the same garbage I do.
