Episodes of a season missing on my amazon firestick

They show and play on my phone app but are missing when I look through the episode guide on the tv through the firestick

I bought all the scrubs seasons through Amazon Prime and couldn’t watch them on my phone for two weeks. Just wasn’t there. I could on my TV though.
Then all of a sudden they showed up. I don’t know what changed.

It skips episodes. Shows episode 3 and then 5. Missing 6 then the rest of the series.

This has happened to me a few times with various streaming devices where the app doesn't have the episode or game that I want to watch which is why I keep a mini PC connected to my TV. Between streaming device apps and a full browser I've got good coverage.
