Can I control what sound comes through speakers vs headphones?

So I have a dual monitor set up and occasionally I like to game on one monitor while my daughter catches up on her morning cartoons on the other.

Is there a way to have the sound from the game I am playing come through my headphones and the rest of the sound to come through the speakers?
