I bought a pair of Felix Gray non-prescription glasses about 2 years ago, mainly to use at work when staring at multiple computer screens for 12 hours. I wear contacts and normally only wear glasses at night when I'm chilling at home. The Felix Gray glasses made a world of difference for me and are pretty comfortable to wear. Eyes definitely feel less strained and I've started using them around the house more often as well. I notice a big difference after wearing them for a few months if I forget to put them one once I get to work. Having bad eyes already, I'm all for doing whatever I can to protect my vision. I'd say give them a try, they're relatively cheap these days.
