ATT Fiber Outage

I’ve had an ATT Fiber outage since Weds 2/16 in Baton Rouge. As far as I can tell no one is working on it from ATT. No trucks in the neighborhood and all updates indicate it will be fixed in 24 hrs- it’s a joke. How do I escalate this? Also checked in Nextdoor neighborhood app and Facebook neighborhood group and no one else seems to have this issue.
I am at loss and if not fixed tomorrow I don’t know how I’ll be able to work from home. I can’t work from home on my iPhone. It’s really been frustrating and when you call their ‘tech support’. You get an India contractor who feeds you the same line they put out in the MyATT app.
Any guidance or help or recommendations for another ISP I could get set up quickly would be appreciated. TIA

It could literally just be an issue with your service.
My yard guy cut my fiber. I logged a ticket on the app and had someone out in 48 hours to run a new fiber line.
This has happened to me twice because of neighborhood construction and both time I had someone out in 48 hour.
If it is just you they are going to go to harder hit areas before you.
Or you may be doing it wrong.

They were sending a tech Friday but they canceled claiming a network outage and they won’t send one if there is a system/ network outage. I’ve been letting them know that I discussed with others and more than likely it is an issue just at my location. Can’t argue or Make this point to Rep in India . SMH

They finally fixed the so called outside issue and I had to reschedule an appt. earliest is 4:00pm on Weds. a whole week w/o Internet is not a stable system. I am so frustrated by their customer service.

No outage with fiber in BR on my end or other family members with ATT. Must have been a small outage.
Customer service is terrible with Cox too. That’s why you go with the best in your area and hope for the best. Just be a squeaky wheel is all you can do

Next time you get "Bob" from India tell him you need to speak with someone in the US that can understand your problem. Claim that there is a communication problem. It worked for me with before I booted DirecTV.

Our att dsl has also been out since then as well. I called and was told it was a "network" issue and they were addressing it. Just wondering if I will be charged for a full month's service. It's not the money but the principle of it all.
