Apps not updating on IPhone 6

Every single time I go to the App Store > Update and then click on an app to update it never works. I'll click update and it will spin for a second then go right back to "update". Half the time it doesn't even spin. Why does this always happen? iOS 9.2

How's your internet connection?
Does it update on cellular connection?
Did you try restarting your phone?
Did you Try uninstalling the app then installing it again?

I've been having the same issue on my iPhone 6s Plus. It's fully updated, I've tried all the resets. Turns out I have to continue to press it over and over and eventually the app will update.

There is probably one that is causing the problem. It might be the one at the top not finishing, Stop it and uninstall it and try to update the rest.
