Anyone know how to make a pdf fillable?

Sending a document that I want to have them fill out electronically. The pdf editors I found online have a lot of bugs in them.

What version of Adobe Acrobat do you have?
If you have DC, click on the tools Icon then select Prepare Form. You can make every field editable including adding digital signatures.
