3mbps isn't really fast enough to stream video, I usually recommend about 5-7mbps per stream running.

Pause and take the time to notice that there is also a "Clear App Data" or something like this Option, and then select "Clear Cache"
I showed my wife how to clear the cache and then she couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. Turns out she clicked the first Clear option she saw, and I had to re-install the TVMC build.
