Anyone else have issues with ESPN recorded live events on YTTV?

Whenever I watch any recorded live events on ESPN, the video “sticks”, audio is fine. This doesn’t doesn’t happen on any other channels for recorded live sporting events. There is nothing else streaming in the house right now and I’m trying to watch the F1 race from earlier today and the damn video keeps sticking and it’s driving me nuts.
