Anyone else ever had issues playing movies from itunes on a PC running windows 11?

Having trouble with pixelation. It seems to be a common problem from what I have read. I couldn't find any helpful info so just thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance.

eta: i figured it out. I was about to ra to delete but in case anyone ever needs to know, download the apple tv app from the microsoft store. apparently the itunes app doesn't work with pc playback anymore
