La Liga prides itself on trying to fight fire with fire. The few sides that have tried to bunker in league play against BCN were severely attacked and criticized.
So, this no longer is the route, hence the insulting dominance (plus officiating, plus the inequitable TV rights revenue distribution).
RM won the league this year because they are just a hair away from BCN level. I don't know if they have the capability to win the big one in them though, there are alot of brain fart apt folks at key positions.
Again, I submit that sides three on down would fare outlandishly well in the limey league.
