I guess the notable teams are Liverpool (4-0) and Arsenal. Also drew Newcastle on the road.

ETA: I'll try to be less happy about my team playing well, Thenry.

Gary Caldwell won two titles for your currently crap Celtic, and a Writer's Player of the year award.

I'm not even going to give myself a point for using Wikipedia cited facts to disprove your terrible arguments.

He was only Celtic captain under Mowbray.

Beating Arsenal at the beginning of the season doesn't equate to much. Hell we could have lost to Leeds at that point.

2nd in Europa over a Udinese team y'all struggled mightily with.

And had the nickname "heid".

Well, I can't do much about when they played and when Arsenal decides to start playing well.

This season, so far, Spurs is getting 3 points in a lot of matches where they would have only got 1 last season. If they can keep that up, I think they'll be in the hunt for the top 4 all season.

The squad is loaded with talent - no reason to think they won't keep it up.

Yeah, they had a lot of talent last season and kept drawing clubs they should have beaten. It seems like getting Adebayor and Defoe staying healthy and Friedel being in goal this season has really helped.

Wow, should have been a PK for Spurs. Horrible call.

Difference is this year there will be no UCL football to contend with, most likely no European football at all if they get knocked out of the EL. Add to that, Arsenal and Chelsea are a bit weaker. The bottom half of the EPL just flat out sucks - a lot of wins there.
