and allow Alabama to be the only team in the SEC.

I'll be the first to sign declaring the new conference: Name is pending

Good idea since you guys pretty much perpetually suck in the SEC.

And as for a conference name...hmmm. Not sure what you could use for a catchy name as a brand.

You could have a Nutt Division and a Houston Division. Your champion could play in The Papa John's Bowl.

Oh wait...that's in B'ham, isn't it? Sorry, bad idea on my part.

So apparently the common consensus is that We will stay in the SEC, and get rid of Slive... and kick Ole Miss to the curb for sucking.

Correct?

No way the SEC get disbanded, Tenn, UGA, Vandy, SC, and Alabama will fight to preserve this Union.

At least we don't have Weis as our coach... He has underused talent more than anyone.

I still say the playcalling was alot better than the FL game... Miles is a good coach, and you won't find a much better recruiter.

Crowton on the other hand is a fricking fail

what does recruiting mobile have to do with shite?

nothing. Its a fricking joke that a ref is allowed to ref a sec game in his home state. yep no chance for bias there at all

It might be more similar to Sabana's Toledo and Michigan State teams if there was 15% of objectivism from the officiating crew. We're talking 6-6, 7-5, with the occasional 9 win season.

This is Alabama. This is the team that has had for the last decade: Mike DuBose, Dennis Frenchione, and Mike Shula for cryin' out loud.
When you think about the SEC West, you think about LSU and Auburn, not Alabama. Alabama is the perennial mediocre team that occasionally makes it to a New years day bowl.
