Why are there so few polls on our Media and Intelligence Community?

We see polls on politicians (local, state, federal) as well as sentiment on issues but hardly ever any polls on the Media and IC. Why is that?

Because the media and the IC would not like the results.

Because both are unelected and view the electorate with nothing but contempt.
