Who got the following calls right?

1. When to do stay-home or closure orders in the US or any state? I have heard some people say we should have had a national shut down earlier. However, I don't recall anyone urging that at a time that it didn't already seem like common sense to do so. Who was out front on that, if anyone?
2. Invoking Defense Production Act to mandate that businesses produce COVID-related stuff. I have also heard Trump did this too late. Was anybody calling for it before he did it? If so, who and how long?

My Post fron Earlier in the month
I was wrong at 7 days, but 14 days earlier this month, and I think we would be getting back to normal right now. Would have cost a lot less economically.
