I'm a doctor with a degree in Microbiology. I've had semesters on epidemiology, immunology, pathogenics, viruses, viral genetics... you name it. The only thing Trump could have done to make things better in a contemporaneous setting would have been to EO the availability of HCQ and ivermectin without a prescription.
