I take your point and it is 100% correct....but you are missing the point that going forward....when Obama is nothing more than a memory in 14 days...that there are 3 possible scenarios from this story and none of the 3 is positive and the one that seems to be taking root among Trump and his supporters is far and away the most egregious and dangerous and one that Trump and his supporters should insist is corrected and done so in a fricking hurry...simply dismissing it out of hand is playing right into the culprits hands if Trump's take is indeed correct....and simply cutting the budget or staffing is not going to right that wrong...people should be going to jail so those who follow them know better than to do what Trump seems to be suggesting they have done....
