By offering terrible candidates against a vulnerable incumbent. Rispone was too weak.

This is 100% on the Louisiana Republican Party. How do they end up with David Vitter and Eddie Rispone in the last two elections? Get mad at the voters all you want but you should at least give these people someone to vote for.
