re: Take over your school boards

Local schools were evolving toward an authoritarian and leftist mode prior to Covid. It was one of many reasons why we decided to pull our youngest child from formal schools a few years ago and homeschool. Covid just gave boards cover for additional over reach.

Homeschooling is not easy, has its ups and downs, but at the end of the day, we know what is (and is not) being taught.

Schools boards and administrators have overstepped. They follow guidance from their union and paid consultants, tend to be wasteful spenders and don’t follow their own documented and publicly available policies.

Glad we are done with our local schools.
