I have no idea what that Boy Scout thing is supposed to mean, but the Center for Immigration Studies was largely bankrolled by the Pioneer Fund, which was devoted to "race betterment" by promoting the genetic stock of those "deemed to be descended predominantly from white persons who settled in the original thirteen states prior to the adoption of the Constitution."

So, like I said, white supremacists
