I would call it controlled opposition more than I would say he is a "black hat." But yeah, he works for the black hats.
In any event, it's a complex issue. Jones's job is to raise awareness on the issues, but if you pay attention to him he always steers things away from Israel. He never criticizes Israel. Because he works for them. But yeah, he has "good guys" on his show. Disinformation doesn't work if everything you say is a lie. You have to have a lot of truth thrown into your presentation.
