Sounds like the parent had a problem with the teacher, adressed it civilly, the admin agreed and it was settled. Whats the point of this?

Perhaps the teacher should be disciplined in such a manner that this situation would not recur.
Since we only know one side of the story, we don’t know that this wasn’t done.
