Biden supposedly tells military to shoot down foreign spy balloon and military refuses because it might fall on someone. Reality, Biden is a lying POS and his bosses in China told him to let the Balloon pass.
It was probably a loyalty test like having someone cut their own finger off to prove loyalty to the mafia boss.
