So you demand "coherence" in explaining something that is not - and hasn't been - "coherent" for quite some time.

But it surely has been "convenient."

Just a guess, but it could have to do with what someone once heard coming from behind the big heavy Supreme Court doors with Roberts hollering something to the effect,"...what you want riots in the streets?"

All you need for an explanation for the gutless wonders in jurisprudence.

The same game was done with Obama's 3rd version of his BC.

No matter where, or at what level the plaintiffs took their complaints, it all resulted in the same convenient "you don't have standing."

This craven attitude is now entrenched and nationwide.
