I wonder if Thune and the Senate (GOP & Dems) would be cool if randoms just voted for them

I am pretty sure you and I can't just slide into the Senate Chamber and cast votes on legislation. In fact, I am.pretty sure they have to have ID to enter and to vote.

But, that's different.
