Suddenly employees have free speech....
but you cant criticise them by using your speech, or choose to not patronize their industry, or choose to not hire them for other work.

Honestly, that's their take. Especially the guilty whites. They say that we should only listen and not enter the discussion. The argument is that if you're not black, then you cannot have an opinion on race because you've never been institutionally oppressed.

And the argument from some is that if it's never happened to you personally then it could not have happened at all.
Maybe it's not an either/or situation. Maybe there is some validity in what both sides are saying.

Really? I've seen a few threads arguing their protest has no merit.
