Trump received the 1st inaugural Ellis Island Medal of Honor along with Rosa Parks and Mohammed Ali. Is that what you're referring to?
Your picture refers to the Ellis Island award Trump received in 1986, the first year the award was given. Trump was one of 80 recipients. William Fugazy, Trump's realtor, started the organization that gave the award.
