Dr. says Minnesota dept of health sent him an email- label deaths as COVID-19 w/o testing

It's in the CDC guidelines on their website.

Its says that if no testing was done but the dr believe with their infinite knowledge it was Covid then it should be labeled Covid.

I'm sure many are pushing the limits of that memo and I think its ridiculous to label a death Covid without proof not just oo the had some symptoms.

Had a friend with all the symptoms, was told to quarantine. He forgot worse, went to er had pneumonia, so he was tested.

Test came back negative, tested again and the second one was also negative.

So how can we label it a Covid death without a positive test.
