Just out of curiosity, name me one street, neighborhood, city, country/parish, state, country, or continent that is majority black that is safe and/or prosperous.
I dare our left leaning denizens to ponder this question without using “racism” as an answer.
I’m also honestly curious. I’d like to believe that such a place could exist.

As far as countries, Tanzania isn’t bad. It has a lot of American expats living there.

They exist. Another poster said Desoto, TX and while not a booming town, it’s a majority black city that one could feel very safe in and proud to raise their family. I’ve umpired many baseball games in that community and the people are awesome.
I believe the OP was trying to point out that it’s rarer than we’d hope. But believe me it does exist and I hope more of it would be more prominent.
