re: A CA mayor security assaulted during TV interview

Looks like the security guy had some rudimentary judo skills but couldn't manage to execute a trip or sweep. But he may have been pre-neutered and instructed not to hit or hurt anyone in the event of an incident. One thing's for sure, the homeless guy didn't want anything more to do with the security guy once the security guy started to grip him and pull some of that "Oriental kung-fu shite."
