Ideas for pork tenderloin?

Don't want to do the cream cheese jalepeno wrapped in bacon thingy. Whatcha got?

How about rather than stuffing it, cook it osso buco style.

Pork Osso buco

Use the above recipe and substitute the tenderloin, cut in 2 inch disks, for the shanks and serve over angel hair pasta or polenta.

Make a gremolata if you want to get fancy.

The Alton Brown one with lime and cilantro is really good. Easy also

Marinade it in sherry, sage, thyme, garlic for five, six hours.

Cast iron skillet in oven.

Came out well for me.....
