I'm doing a pulled pork for Thanksgiving. I injected it last night and will start cooking it Wednesday night. Is it 225 degrees?

Check out the Nakedwhiz website for a lot of good
info. I like the sauce recipe by the Carolina guy.

225 but give it as much time as you can, up to 10 hours if you are cooking a reasonably large one. I did 2 last week for 10 hours and they pulled like butter and were perfect. A friend did s smaller one last night and we had to chop it because it didnt pull. Flavor yet, pull, no.

I smoke mine at 225 and it usually takes 10-12 hours, sometimes more, depending on the size of the BB.

I like to get the temp to 205 for pulling. It seems to pull better for me at 205, but I'm sure everyone has their own preferences.

After coming off of the smoker, I double wrap in heavy foil, then into a cooler and cover with towels for about a 2 hour rest. The bone slides out like Sandusky in a shower, and the meat literally falls apart.

It's almost impossible to mess BB up, and it's damn good!
