YO ranch in Texas to be sold

My dad used to work here in the 80's and 90's and by the time he left the entire place was becoming a shite show. Spend many summers out there with him learning to shoot and about wildlife. Nothing like a dysfunctional family ruining what once was a great ranch.

They've been doing YOLO (YO land owner) for quite some time. Was a way to make money, but now the acreage is very meh compared to what it was.
