Worth it for nonresident to bring crab traps and buy license in Orange beach in October?

Staying on ole river side and bringing a bay boat. Plans are to watch football, hit the inland islands where the waves aren't bad, hit the restaurants out of the boat. Was gonna bring a few traps since we'll have the boat. Worth it? Been looking for license prices online and can't find them. Thanks
