Honestly i was thinking if i found the shittiest shot in walker id find who did it.
Shot placement is odd though. Its like they were attempting head shots for fun. One grazed his head while broadside. The other shot was from the back out the neck facing away.
Head shot in a scope means they saw the collar and saw it wasnt a deer

I think someone tortured and mutilated a dog in fennwood near where i live as well
