Move your pins individually. It looks like you've got plenty of room to slide your pins up in the sight housing.

If your anchor point hasn't changed and you can see through your peep comfortably you don't want to move it unless its absolutely necessary. Come to full draw and settle to your anchor with your eyes closed, then open your eyes and see how your peep lines up
