happened to me yesterday, I could see them floating on top of the grass....
I started throwing craws and just generally pissing them off until they would bite it.
also had my bow toward the end of the day when they pissed me off enough

That was caught in Reggio along with 7 other trout in a 1-2 lb range. All were released since it was a redfish tournament.

Well give it longer than 30 minutes for starters. I've had days when I'm on the water at 6am and the bite doesn't start until 9. Just have to grind some days.
