Power pole micro issues

Went on a trip this morning and noticed my micro is having issues. They have a blinking red light by the battery indicator and noticed it wouldnt stop running. When I put it up, it wouldnt stop trying to go up and the same thing with down. Kept trying to reset itself. I'll be calling power pole in the morning to replace it but anyone have any other ideas of what could be wrong?

Does a micro have a sensitivity setting? I’ve had power poles do that before and the sensitivity setting needed to be adjusted. Never used a micro though, just trying to help.
