I am gonna try that. I doubt I taste it though. Do you know if it is safe to put on wounds that may still be open?

Says not on open wounds, but you can put it around the cut.
Bitter apple

ETA: Haven't tried this one, but seems to be pretty much the same thing. Give it a taste and report back, uhh I mean try.

Bitter Apple can be sprayed directly on sores and abrasions to keep dogs from causing licking excessively and causing additional irritation. While it is safe to use on open skin, Bitter Apple does burn. Expect your dog to be a little unhappy about the application. In fact, some dogs learn to react to the Bitter Apple bottle. Pick it up and the licking stops.

Is it just a habit now or do you think it is still bothering her?
Its really hard to tell without looking at it. Based on where the cut was, you might wanna feel around her foot to see if she is in pain. Don't press too hard, but hard enough for her to feel it. No pain, she is fine and she has developed a compulsive habit.
You would really try to look in there to see if the cut has closed. That could solve a lot of issues.
As suggested by someone else, you can make a kick arse cone with an old bucket. Good luck to the dog if she wants to chew it off.
