By in large, yes. You want a much higher nitrogen number than the other two for regular spring/summer fertilization.

ok... i used 8-8-8 on other yards, but now, seems like thirteenx3 is the only one sold at walmarks and chains... i'll try and find some of that other stuff in the springs.... thanks..
