a guy at our club a few years back, who barely hunter as it was due to health problems, climbed up his ladder one morning and it wasn't sunk to the first rung yet. I dunno if the sectioned weren't pinned together or the pins broke, but the ladder sunk and came apart, he messed his back up pretty bad. He hasn't hunted since.
