It happens. I think we've all been there a time or two. Hopefully anglers become a bit more conscious as to what they are removing from the water and how often they are doing so. Change in mind set is often a slow process.

If all we were dealing with was Louisiana fisherman then this has a chance. Getting guides making tons of money off of non residents looking for those fish and the higher limits won’t work
