You can stack 4x8 plywood and drywall in a 2011 Sienna. I've done it many times. Just remove the 2nd row and lay the 3rd row down. You could probably fit a few slabs in there considering it is measuring 44 inches. Just lay down a movers blanket to keep the live edge from scratching up the interior.
