I need to go elk hunting

My uncle in Oklahoma just sent me these pics he got off his game camera. This is within a couple hundred yards of where I shot a deer up there over thanksgiving. We've never seen elk in this area before I hope he sticks around till next year!

I didn't even know they had elk in OK. Can you hunt them in the daytime or only at night?

You need to look at their game laws to make sure you put in for a license on time. Many places start drawing pretty soon.

man, that is cool as hell! I don't think I have ever seen elk on agricultural fields...

I plan on looking into it, elk season just ended up there. I've always seen elk tags when I go to buy my deer tags every year but I never thought it was going to be relevant to the area I hunt.
