Help me pick my fishing destination

Next week I am planning on bringing my dad fishing. We typically fish out of Delacroix, but are wanting to try a new area. I’m familiar with cocodrie, grand isle and fourchon. Looking for a place that has descent lodging, but more importantly a boat ramp and overnight boat slip. (17 ft center console)
I’ve always considered grand isle area a summer time spot so am leaning towards cocodrie. Sand piper? Coco marina?
Any input/advice would be appreciated.

Sandpiper is a nice place to stay, has slips and a ramp. Good people. Haven’t been down in a couple months so I couldn’t tell you about the fish but I’d think they are on the way out and launching at Coco would be the better option unless you don’t mind the boat run
